Registration for the City of Prince George Summer League is now open. Please review the information provided below. To register, all players must agree to the league Code of Conduct and the Waiver (a parental consent waiver is required for players under the age of 19).
You will be asked on the registration form to confirm that you have read, understand and agree to the code of conduct and the waiver. Information on these are below.

All players are required on the registration form to acknowledge that they have read and agree to the Code of Conduct and Rules.
Waiver
Players who are 19 or over
Players who are 19 or over, and who are registering to play on the city of Prince George Summer Hockey League, will be asked on the registration form that they have downloaded, read and agree to the waiver.
Players who are under the age of 19
A parental waiver is required for players under the age of 19. Here are the instructions:
- Download the parental consent waiver
- Print the waiver
- The waiver must be signed and dated by the participant, their legal guardian, and a witness
- Bring the waiver and present it to the timekeeper
The parental consent waiver must be complete and presented to the timekeeper before participating in the City Of Prince George Summer Hockey League.
